Liability for content
According to the law, as a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 section 1 of TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 of TMG, as a service provider we are, however, not obliged to control the information transferred or stored by third-parties, nor to search for facts that refer to an illegal activity. This does not affect obligations to remove or block the use of information according to the law. In this regard, the service provider only becomes liable as of the point of time at which he knows about the specific violation of the law. As soon as we know of any such violations of law, we will remove such content immediately.
Liability for linked pages
Our web pages contain links to the external websites of third parties. We have no influence on the contents of the linked pages. For this reason, we cannot take any responsibility for their contents. The service providers or operators of the linked pages are always responsible for the contents of such pages. At the time the link was created the linked pages were checked for any violations. Illegal contents were not noticeable when the link was created. It cannot reasonably be expected that we persistently and continually monitor the contents of the linked pages without having reasonable grounds to suspect a violation. As soon as we know of such violations of law, we will remove any such links immediately.
Copyright and trade mark law
The contents and information created by us on these pages are subject to the German Law of Copyright. Reproduction, editing, distribution, and any form of exploitation outside the limits of copyright law require the written agreement of the respective author or originator. Downloads and copies of these pages are permitted for private use only, not for commercial use. In so far as the contents on these pages have not been created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties shall be respected. And, importantly, the contents of third parties shall be identified as such. Please notify us, if you become aware of any copyright infringement. As soon as we know of such violations of law, we will remove any such content immediately.
